"Recording Plan" Functionality Implemented into Echo

Teleformix™, a leading developer of CRM / eCRM Enterprise-Class Software applications for the Banking, Financial Services and Marketing industries announced the release of a Recording Plan Module for Echo, a Digital and VoIP recording solution.

Echo's Recording Plan is an add-on module that greatly enhances existing 100% Digital/VoIP recording capabilities. The Recording Plan lets administrators strategically define and select when to record calls based on any number of criteria, like: VDN, Extension, Agent ID, Call Type (ACD, Non-ACD Inbound, Non-ACD Outbound), day of the week, and time of day. This functionality gives call center managers much greater flexibility for defining recording schedules. Additionally, when reviewing a recorded conversation, Echo now compiles the entire call path together via the new Follow Transfer module. If a customer is transferred from an agent to a supervisor, Echo will provides both call "legs," linked together for easy review. The Follow Transfer feature makes evaluating an entire call string simple, and enhanced search systems now give you the tools you need to locate problem calls quickly and efficiently.
